Travel & Hotel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted room rates have been arranged at the Hyatt Regency Boston for attendees who book by April 28, 2025. Please see the Venue page for more information.

Cancellations, Substitutions, & Refunds Policy

Register Worry-Free Through February 1st!

Registration cancellations received on or before February 1st, will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees. Registration cancellations received between February 2 and April 11, 2025, are subject to a $100 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. Please provide full contact information for the person who will be replacing the original registrant when submitting any substitution request. After April 11, no refunds will be issued.
