Travel and Hotel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted room rates have been arranged at the Hyatt Regency Boston for attendees who book by May 3, 2019. Please see the Venue page for more information.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds Policy

Cancellations made on or before April 19, 2019 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made after April 19, 2019, although you may substitute another person in your place.
