SAP announced that Amadeus has successfully transitioned its main SAP software infrastructure to the cloud through the RISE with SAP solution, marking a significant milestone for one of the world's leading technology companies for the travel and tourism industry in its digital transformation journey. Leveraging RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, Amadeus transitioned its internal processes to the cloud with Microsoft Azure to improve operational resilience and evolve its operations to a cloud operations-based model.
SAP and Google Cloud announced an expanded partnership to help enterprises harness the power of data and generative AI. The companies will combine their integrated open data cloud using the SAP Datasphere solution with Vertex AI to launch new generative AI-powered industry solutions starting with automotive and introduce new capabilities to help customers improve sustainability performance.
SAP and LeanIX GmbH anndounced that SAP has entered into an agreement to acquire LeanIX, a leader in enterprise architecture management (EAM) software, helping SAP expand its business transformation portfolio and giving customers access to the full suite of tools required for continuous business transformation and facilitating AI-enabled process optimization.
SecurityBridge, a provider of cybersecurity solutions for SAP customers, is acquiring Dutch SAP security specialist Protect4S, enabling the company to offer customers an even more comprehensive one-stop-shop software platform that will improve every SAP customer's security position across all technology stacks. SecurityBridge and Protect4S combine their long-standing expertise and deep understanding of customers' requirements to deliver best-in-class cybersecurity software solutions and to further expand their global activities, according to the companies.
