SAP is deepening its partnership with Google and Intel to offer GCP virtual machines supporting the upcoming Intel Optane DC Persistent Memory for SAP HANA workloads. These GCP VMs will be powered by the future Intel Xeon Scalable processors (code-named Cascade Lake) thereby expanding VM resource sizing and providing cost benefits for customers.

Silwood Technology Ltd., provider of self-service metadata discovery software, is entering a global reseller agreement with IDERA, a provider of database productivity tools. Through this agreement, IDERA will market and resell Safyr to complement its ER/Studio data modeling and architecture product suite.
