Oracle is offering the Oracle Financial Services Crime and Compliance Management Investigation Hub Cloud Service to enable banks to investigate and resolve financial crime cases faster. According to Oracle, the new AI-powered case management solution delivers a modern user experience that reduces manual tasks, removes data silos, and elevates the insights investigators need to focus their time on analysis and combating financial crime.

Oracle is offering new AI-powered capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud Service and Oracle Fusion Cloud Field Service that help service teams increase productivity, better understand customer issues, and serve their customers more effectively. According to Oracle, the latest updates improve customer satisfaction by automatically identifying customer issues, recommending actions, streamlining resolution, and improving first-time fix rates.

To meet the rapidly growing demand for its artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud services in Malaysia, Oracle announced plans to invest more than $6.5 billion to open a public cloud region in the country. The upcoming cloud region will enable Oracle customers and partners in Malaysia to leverage AI infrastructure and services and migrate mission-critical workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
