Clarabridge, a provider of AI-powered text and speech analytics and a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has announced that Clarabridge Customer Experience Analytics is now available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace and is integrated into Oracle Cloud CX Service. "Through this partnership, we are expanding our ecosystem, offering more than 150 out-of-the-box dashboards optimized for any industry use case, and providing brands the solutions they need to advance their customer experience strategy and drive overall engagement," said Eric Din, vice president of global alliances and strategy at Clarabridge.
Criteo S.A. has announced an integration with Oracle Data Cloud to strengthen its existing brand safety offering. According to Criteo, brand safety continues to gain prominence with advertisers and marketers concerned by the rise of sensitive news topics and misinformation.
Quest Software, a global systems management, data protection, and security software provider, is offering Toad for Oracle 14.0, a tool for developers and database administrators that reduces cost and risks. The newest release of Toad for Oracle, a solution within the newly unified Information Systems Management (ISM) business portfolio, allows individual users and small organizations to take advantage of a new Base Edition Subscription offering which provides a desktop subscription that features pushed auto-update, auto-renew, and license management alerts.
