Objectivity, Inc., an enterprise NoSQL vendor, has announced the latest release of its distributed graph database technology, InfiniteGraph 3.0. The product offers improved performance and scalability to distributed environments as well as an entirely new approach to querying and data navigation. With ten-fold performance gains compared with previous versions, InfiniteGraph 3.0 enables organizations of all sizes to collect, analyze, and visualize the relationships between complex data in order to improve business decision-making.
Application performance management (APM) software provider Precise has announced the availability of Precise 9.5, a major product release designed to help organizations deliver a better experience for customers using their cloud and mobile applications. Precise 9.5 rapidly detects and analyzes application problems resulting from server and storage virtualization resource contention, and also addresses the challenge of managing mobile traffic growth. The new release focuses on three key themes, all with the common goal of identifying and resolving potential problems before they can affect the customer experience or cause an outage, Sherman Wood, vice president of product at Precise, tells DBTA.
Infrastructure software vendor TIBCO Software Inc., has announced the latest version of its data discovery and analytics platform, Spotfire 5.0. Featuring a redesigned in-memory engine, users across the enterprise will be able to visualize and interact with enormous amounts of data. Spotfire 5.0 is integrated with data warehouses such as Teradata, Oracle, and Microsoft, and accesses Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services cubes.
