Objectivity, a provider of object and graph databases, has formed new partnership deals and is also launching a program, now in beta, enabling partners, VARs, and integrators to get trained on utilizing InfiniteGraph and Objectivity/DB as part of their toolsets. According Objectivity, what separates its technology from other vendors is its ability to act as a federated connection store for disparate databases of all kinds from NoSQL to RDBMS. "We are seen as a complementary strategy to the Oracle red stack or the IBM blue stack which traditionally have relational databases and relational data stacks. We can actually take that data, along with unstructured data, and bring that together as the big data connection store," Jay Jarrell, president and CEO of Objectivity, tells 5 Minute Briefing.
