Cisco has unveiled Cisco Tetration Analytics, which is designed to help customers gain wider visibility across all aspects of their data center in real time. The data center analytics platform gathers telemetry from hardware and software sensors, and then analyzes the information using advanced machine learning techniques to address critical data center operations such as policy compliance, application forensics, and the move to a whitelist security model. "Think of it as a time machine for your data center," said Yogesh Kaushik, senior director of product management, Tetration, Cisco.
Google, whose name has become synonymous with search, made two key announcements for enterprise customers, with the most notable being its new enterprise search tool called Springboard.
Ground Labs, a global security software company, is releasing Enterprise Recon 2.0, an upgrade that improves security methods for organizations. The solution now scans for 100 different data points and personally identifiable information (PII), allowing organizations to protect critical information at every endpoint.
