Aerospike, a provider of real-time NoSQL data solutions, has announced the general availability of version 4.8. "Aerospike's unique, hardware-optimized NoSQL database platform unlocks ultra-fast runtime performance, unlike alternative solutions that are not as deeply integrated with the underlying hardware," said Srini Srinivasan, chief product officer and founder, Aerospike.
GigaSpaces, the provider of Insight Edge, is releasing GigaSpaces Version 15.0, including updates to the InsightEdge Platform and XAP, to operationalize and optimize machine learning. GigaSpaces Version 15.0 powers machine learning operations (MLOps) initiatives, helping enterprises maximize the business value derived from big data.
IDERA, an Idera, Inc. company, has introduced SQL Diagnostic Manager for MySQL v8.9, which adds new features that strengthen the query analysis and enterprise security of SQL Diagnostic Manager for MySQL to monitor databases in the cloud and on-premise with a single tool. SQL Diagnostic Manager for MySQL was previously known as Monyog, which was part of Webyog's database administration and management products that Idera, Inc., acquired in April 2018.
Oracle OpenWorld, which has for many years been held in San Francisco during the month of September or October, is moving to Las Vegas. Qualitest, a software testing and quality assurance company, has acquired AI and machine learning company AlgoTrace, marking the first step of Qualitest's growth strategy following an investment from Bridgepoint earlier this year.
SolarWinds, a provider of IT management software, has acquired VividCortex, a provider of SaaS-delivered database performance management with an emphasis on databases commonly used in cloud-native applications designed to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. SolarWinds plans to add the VividCortex product to its IT operations management portfolio beginning in Q4 2019. The SaaS-based offering will complement SolarWinds' Database Performance Analyzer (DPA), an on-premise and cloud-deployed product.
