Appvance announced it is shipping a DevOps-driven software test automation platform, Appvance UTP. Initially announced in May, Appvance UTP is a unified software test automation platform that is designed to eliminate the redundancies created by traditional QA silos that clog DevOps teams.
IBM Security announced a new app for its IBM QRadar security algorithm that analyzes the usage patterns of insiders, including employees, contractors and partners, to determine if their credentials or systems have been compromised by cybercriminals. IBM QRadar User Behavior Analytics is available for free via the IBM Security App Exchange.
Seagate Technology plc announced a high-capacity drive - a two-terabyte (TB) version of its Nytro XM1440 M.2 non-volatile memory express (NVMe) Solid State Drive (SSD). As the latest addition to the Seagate Nytro SSD product line, the 2TB Nytro XM1440 M.2 NVMe SSD is designed to accelerate enterprise data access, with twice the density of prior M.2 NVMe environments. The drive is optimized for read-intensive and mixed workloads, the vendor said.
Velostrata, a provider of cloud workload mobility, announced a new flagship solution with new capabilities for easing cloud migration projects. Velostrata 2.0 comes with additional support for Microsoft Azure, complementing existing AWS support and providing multi-cloud flexibility and anti lock-in.
