COLLABORATE 11 saw a group of women and men come together for a luncheon and discussion devoted to the topic of Women in Technology. A panel of talented and distinguished women conversed with the audience on issues like how to handle being a woman in a male dominated field or office, achieving work-life balance, and the importance of mentoring.
The feedback from the session overwhelmingly indicated the conversation should be continued in the form of a quarterly call to discuss topics of interest pertaining to women in technology. The panelists, Helen Berg, Sherri Brouwer, Michelle Malcher, Bonnie Johnson and Beth Renstrom, will be back to lead the discussions and share their insights.
