Join IOUG Oracle Support Council
Would you like to become a part of this Council, and have a direct line into the Oracle Global Support team? If so, please email ioug@ioug.org expressing your interest. What are the responsibilities of a Council member?
- Represent current customer base on support issues
- Poll peers at other companies to solicit additional input as needed
- Identify support problems experienced by technology customers and suggest ways to solve
- Publish information for membership on support issues
- Coordinate with other Local or Regional user groups soliciting volunteers, providing test plans, test databases, and personnel to assist in testing technology products
- Provide feedback to Oracle on the results of Quality Assurance initiatives
- Provide input/support of council meeting agenda topics and areas of focus
- Support of any member-wide surveys or focus groups to gauge feedback
