Yellowfin’s BI platform capabilities have been selected to enhance Pitney Bowes’ data analytics portfolio through the launch of Spectrum Visual Insights, a tool within Spectrum that helps businesses gain a deeper understanding of customer data to deliver commercial success. The new capabilities will help deliver deeper insights about the customer to enhance a client’s business, across areas such as marketing, customer support, fraud, and compliance.
