Vision Solutions, Inc., a provider of business resilience solutions for IBM Power Systems and a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., has completed the acquisition of Enforcive Systems, Ltd. (formerly BSafe), a provider of IT security and compliance management solutions that support IBM z/OS, IBM i, IBM AIX, Windows, and Linux platforms.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The combination of Vision’s brands and global distribution and services with Enforcive’s security software suite is intended to help customers to protect their systems and enhance regulatory compliance by controlling access, auditing and reporting with an interface across server platforms and databases.
