TigerEye, the AI-powered planning and revenue management platform, is announcing DuckDB.dart version 1.1.3, offering a myriad of new, exciting enhancements. Following TigerEye’s announcement of DuckDB.dart as an open source project, today, TigerEye delivers a variety of customer-centered enhancements—including full feature parity.
Achieved in the short time span of under three months, TigerEye is debuting a series of enhancements that “reinforce TigerEye’s leadership in high-performance data analytics and ETL operations,” according to Ralph Gootee, co-founder and CTO of TigerEye.
Each of these improvements reflect TigerEye’s commitment toward being a “strong, future-ready platform for go-to-market teams looking for fast, reliable data insights and scalable analytics,” Gootee continued.
Part of these enhancements is core data processing rewrite, which features a comprehensive transformation of the data processing engine to boost memory efficiency and speed. With the help of Dart’s genetics and static typing, TigerEye is now equipped to handle complex, large-scale data processing without incurring high resource consumption.
DuckDB’s PendingResults powers async query support, enabling TigerEye users to execute concurrent queries. This helps support real-time analytics on-demand, without taking hits to overall performance.
TigerEye’s new memory-efficient streaming fetcher increases customer agility by allowing them to cancel and restart queries as needed. Not only does this keep insights fresh but also provides the necessary flexibility to adapt in fast-paced environments, according to the vendor.
Finally, DuckDB.dart version 1.1.3 delivers simultaneous analysis of historical and real-time data, improving ETL workflows for large-scale data transformations.
