TIBCO Cloud provides improved solutions for organizations completely hosted in the cloud, enabling business users with self-service functionality, while simultaneously reducing the burden on IT. TIBCO Live Apps enables rapid delivery of smart business applications, built on integration capabilities, with no training required, and the offering can be easily be customized for security or scalability, creating a tailored experience.
Alongside Live Apps, the Web Integrator feature of TIBCO Cloud Integration introduces a completely browser-based design for creating integration applications, said Rajeev Kozhikkattuthodi, vice president, product management, TIBCO. Built using open-source Project Flogo, Web Integrator allows line-of-business users and IT alike to create light, performant applications with instinctive interfaces for increased productivity.
Separately, TIBCO also announced the latest version of its streaming analytics solution, TIBCO StreamBase 10, which brings together predictive and streaming technologies with best practices to develop and scale applications for use cases requiring intelligence at speed, and at scale, such as IoT use cases.
The company has also released TIBCO Spotfire Data Catalog, a new data connectivity and management solution that uses a patented composite join capability to automatically find and relate structured and unstructured data. With Spotfire Data Catalog, IT teams can deliver unified self-service access to multiple relational and big data sources for business analysts and data scientists.
