Spotter by ThoughtSpot Powers Scalable, Data-Driven Decision-Making via Natural Language Interface


ThoughtSpot, the AI-powered analytics company, is debuting Spotter, an agentic AI analyst designed to help enterprises derive greater, actionable value from their data. Based around accessibility, reliability, and enriched insights, Spotter is ThoughtSpot’s AI-powered solution for enterprises seeking to scale trusted, data-driven decision-making.

Spotter delivers a single, GenAI-powered user interface for employees to engage in natural conversations with business data. Seamlessly integrating into users’ platforms of choice, industry, existing business apps and productivity tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow, and custom agents, Spotter meets enterprise workers where they work with accessible, rich business information, according to the company.

With Spotter, users can ask any question about their proprietary structured data, no matter how large or complex the dataset or question. Context is preserved from one question to the next, creating a natural discussion flow. In addition, Spotter works to empower everyone with reliable, replicable, and contextually rich insights based on their persona and industry. Answers can be modified based on train-of-thought and business expertise, and can be further reviewed and trained based on user feedback for continuous improvement.

Enterprise-grade trust is another central focus for Spotter, delivering enterprise-level security with services that do not retain or use any proprietary information for model training. Spotter also features row-level security and role-based access control, as well as support for mechanisms that govern and audit inputs and outputs.
