SentryOne is planning to expand internationally by opening an office in Dublin City Centre, Ireland, in early 2018. The company plans to manage its European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) operations through the new Irish subsidiary and will add sales, channel and customer support staff as soon as next month. The Irish company, SentryOne Ltd., will be wholly owned by SentryOne.
SentryOne provides software for Microsoft data professionals to monitor, diagnose, and optimize performance across physical, virtual, and cloud resources to enable determination of the true cause of performance issues, and reduce consumption and infrastructure costs.
The timing for this expansion is beneficial for a number of reasons, according to Bob Potter, SentryOne CEO. SentryOne is growing quickly in U.S. markets, the company recently launched a Global Partner Network to complement its business internationally, and its software meets the demands of companies seeking to get performance from technology in a massively data driven global economy, he noted. The addition of a European presence will also better accommodate different time zones and languages present in that market and is the logical next step for SentryOne, added Jenn Miller, SentryOne director of HR.
