The Rocket U2 team has announced a call for beta participants for its new product, U2 DataVu. Based on Rocket Shuttle, U2 DataVu will provide U2 developers with powerful and flexible ad hoc query, reporting and dashboard capabilities. With native access to UniData and UniVerse U2, developers can use U2 DataVu's graphical drag and drop capabilities to build visual reports and dashboards with zero programming.
Rocket U2 has also signed a contract with the Warwick Hotel in downtown Denver for U2 University 2010. This year's conference will feature 3 full days of technical training, with the tutorials as a separate track. "We are responding the request of last year's participants," says Susie Siegesmund, vice president and general manager, Rocket U2 . "With the tutorials all at the same, pre-conference time, customers had to choose only one to attend, and pay extra for that session. This year, customers will get added value in these being included in the conference fee, and will be able to attend all of the tutorials they wish."
The Rocket U2 team is looking for customers who are interested in participating in the U2 DataVu Beta program starting in June. To participate in the U2 DataVu beta program, send a request via email to u2askus@rs.com.
