Rackspace has announced that its Fanatical Support for Amazon Web Services (AWS) global team was awarded a certification distinction by AWS for achieving more than 500 AWS professional and associate certifications. Rackspace is an audited AWS Managed Service Partner, AWS DevOps Competency partner, and AWS Marketing & Commerce Competency partner in the AWS Partner Network (APN).
According to Jeff Cotten, senior vice president and general manager of AWS at Rackspace, customers are migrating more complex workloads to AWS at a faster rate, which in turn is driving stronger demand for managed services. By hitting the 500 certification milestone Rackspace is showing the depth of its AWS expertise, he noted.
According to Rackspace, many businesses seek certified AWS experts to architect, deploy, operate and optimize their AWS environments but locating technical experts with AWS certifications can be difficult.
