Precisely, the global leader in data integrity, is announcing a series of updates to the Precisely Data Integrity Suite—the modular, interoperable suite of cloud services that enable businesses to build trust in their data. Featuring new AI-based innovations, an enhanced Data Governance service, and expanded data integration capabilities, Precisely’s latest update aims to solve key business challenges while supercharging efficiency, the ROI of existing investments, and data-driven decision-making, according to the company.
These new offerings acknowledge the growing pressure for enterprises to become AI-ready—as well as building out robust governance programs and adopting cloud services—in an increasingly complex regulatory space, noted Precisely.
"Our latest advancements in the Data Integrity Suite represent a pivotal step in delivering data management solutions that organizations can rely on to navigate their data and AI initiatives with confidence," said Chris Hall, chief product officer at Precisely. "These enhancements deliver ease-of-use and efficiency to address accessibility, governance, and the need for AI-powered intelligence to harness the full potential of their data."
The first of these innovations, AI Manager, enables Precisely customers to utilize generative AI (GenAI) capabilities without sacrificing control over data sovereignty and compliance. Offering flexible AI model integration, enterprises can register their large language model (LLM) credentials with the Data Integrity Suite starting with AWS Bedrock—ensuring that they adhere to their legal and procurement requirements. Additionally, enterprises can efficiently scale AI usage within the Suite—affording them full control over when and how AI is applied—as well as benefit from automated metadata management that reduces manual efforts.
Precisely’s announcement also features an elevated data governance experience, available through its Data Governance service. Now, customers benefit from a personalized, intuitive user experience, improved performance, and greater collaboration between business and technical teams, according to Precisely. Features include:
- Integrated, persona- and role-based insights, including data quality scores, technical details, and relationships at-a-glance, that help boost engagement and adoption
- Expanded workflow automation with new governance capabilities that enhance collaboration, ease accountability, and drive greater flexibility and automation for data stewardship tasks
- Drastic performance and scalability increase with a microservices-based architecture that streamlines deployments and accelerates time-to-value
Finally, Precisely is updating its Data Integration service to automate data accessibility across ecosystems. Users can now deliver data to Snowflake environments with a new connector—which allows near real-time accessibility—which can be further enhanced via Snowflake Native Apps or with one of over 50 Precisely datasets available on the Snowflake Marketplace. The introduction of new metrics also drives greater comprehension of mainframe API latency, increasing data movement visibility across transaction journeys for mainframe and open systems.
Outside of the aforementioned updates, Precisely is offering an enhanced data catalog with new visual card views that feature automated data quality scores and technical details. This catalog usability improvement not only helps enterprises more easily surface and assess assets but also trace data flows at the source, field, and dataset level.
