ERP change management company Panaya has announced a cloud-based electronic software update (ESU) automation service for Oracle’s JD Edwards. The new service is intended to reduce the risk, cost, and time required in implementing JD Edwards ESUs by identifying what will be impacted on existing environments, and what needs to be tested.
“I firmly believe that the ERP ecosystem is undergoing a disruptive transition,” said Panaya CEO Doron Gerstel. “We share a common vision with Oracle’s JD Edwards for a faster and more agile ERP. Panaya helps ERP systems like Oracle’s JD Edwards to accelerate types of change while reducing the time and risk involved. We look forward to our continued work with Oracle’s JD Edwards, mutual customers and systems integrators.”
The new SaaS service does not require any installation on-premise and provides impact analysis immediately upon uploading changes to the cloud.
