In its latest release of Oracle Identity and Access Management, Oracle has added enhancements to Oracle Identity Governance, a single governance solution combining provisioning, analytics and privileged account management that Oracle says can reduce the time to certify accounts by 30% when compared with running separate tools. Oracle Identity Governance Suite has been certified on both Oracle Weblogic and IBM WebSphere.
According to Oracle, by deploying a single solution organizations can eliminate the cost of integrating multiple tools and improve the deployment time by 20 percent when compared to deploying multiple solutions. With a single dashboard for privileged user management, access certification and user provisioning organizations can gain economies by giving a single group of administrators complete governance visibility.
The latest version of Oracle Identity Governance Suite includes Identity Auditor, a single, integrated tool that provides organizations with the latest entitlement data in the review process; an improved UI that gives customers greater flexibility to customize the look and feel of the business-facing interface; and an Access Request Catalogue that allows customers to manage fine-grained application access, and enforce it using XACML-compliant policies.
