The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) has announced its agenda of hosted meetings and educational sessions at the upcoming Oracle OpenWorld 2012 conference Sept. 30 – Oct. 4 at the MosconeCenter in San Francisco. Throughout the week of the event, OAUG members will deliver more than 20 educational sessions exploring challenges, opportunities and best practices for implementing and managing Oracle Applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 and 12.1, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Hyperion Performance Management, Oracle Fusion Applications and more.
On Sunday, Sept. 30, more than 50 OAUG geographic (Geo) and special interest group (SIG) meetings are scheduled to be held in Moscone Center West, offering attendees the opportunity to network and learn with like-minded Oracle customers who use similar Oracle Applications or work in similar regions.
“The OAUG developed its variety of relevant initiatives and information-rich programs at Oracle OpenWorld 2012 with every Oracle Applications user in mind, demonstrating our organization’s commitment to serving the broader Oracle community,” said Mark Clark, president of the OAUG.
Attendees are also invited to stop by the OAUG kiosk in the Users Group Pavilion on Level 2 of Moscone Center West to speak with OAUG board members, volunteers and staff about the OAUG programs and resources designed to help accelerate attendees’ professional development and performance potential and enrich their conference experience.
