The big data analytics capabilities of MetricStream GRC Platform enables customers to sift through massive volumes of structured and unstructured data and incorporate this into their risk assessment, analysis, mitigation, and reporting process.
The MetricStream GRC platform supports both Hadoop, the open source Java-based framework, and MongoDB, the open source NoSQL database system. It’s a platform approach so that different constituents within an enterprise can leverage that information and use it for not only understanding day-to-day risk but also the long-term ones. And most importantly, it should all flow back as a closed loop within a GRC architecture,” Phalke explains.
