Melissa Data is introducing new data quality capabilities in its Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration platform.
Dynamics CRM users now have access to data quality services to verify global address, email, name, and phone information for over 240 countries and territories.
Personator Cloud Service integrates with the platform to provide multiple and trusted data sources containing billions of records.
This allows users to return identity verification on U.S. and Canadian customers in real-time, helping reduce fraud and compliance risk.
Personator also adds missing email, phone, and address data, updates the addresses of customers who have moved, and enriches records with detailed demographics, such as date of birth, date of death, gender, household income, and much more.
