Maverick Systems Unites with RDM Infinity

RDM Infinity, a leader in legacy software solutions, is merging with Maverick Systems, founded in 1991 by MultiValue veteran Dick Thiot.

With over 40 years of experience in the MultiValue community, Thiot has been instrumental in shaping the industry and is joining forces with RDM to further elevate its offerings.

Maverick Systems has long provided expert solutions for MultiValue databases such as UniVerse, D3, mvBASE, OpenQM, Reality, and Revelation. The company is also known for its extensive experience with MVsharp, a MultiValue modernization runtime environment compatible with SQL Server.

Through this merger, RDM Infinity and Maverick Systems will continue to offer top-tier services, helping clients seamlessly integrate legacy systems with modern technologies and toolsets.

Additionally, with this merger, RDM Infinity solidifies its role as a key player in MultiValue, offering a unique blend of solutions and a deep commitment to legacy systems. The partnership between RDM and Maverick Systems represents a natural evolution of both companies’ missions to preserve and evolve the MultiValue community.

Thiot’s decision to merge with RDM was driven by his dedication to both the preservation of MultiValue systems and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, he said.

“I’ve always held my work to the highest standard, and our customers are my top priority,” said Thiot. “With RDM Infinity, I’m confident that our customers will continue to receive the same level of personalized care, while benefiting from RDM’s solutions and shared passion for the MultiValue community.”

In addition to bringing his decades of experience, Thiot will play a pivotal role in mentoring RDM Infinity’s young developers. He will pass on his deep knowledge of MultiValue systems, ensuring the next generation of programmers at RDM is well-equipped to lead the industry into the future. His mentorship is a vital component of RDM’s growth strategy, helping to preserve the foundational expertise that defines MultiValue, according to the company.

“Dick Thiot and his team have been integral to the MultiValue community for decades, and his experience will further strengthen our team. His commitment to the legacy of MultiValue aligns perfectly with our mission, and we’re thrilled to have him onboard to mentor our next generation of developers,” said Brandon Robinson, head geek of RDM Infinity.

Thiot’s addition to RDM Infinity enhances an already esteemed team that includes industry fixture John Bramley. Together, these veterans bring unparalleled expertise to the company, reinforcing RDM Infinity’s leadership in the MultiValue industry, the company said. Their combined knowledge, spanning decades, offers clients unmatched capabilities in system modernization, support, and custom development.
