Magnitude Software, a provider of enterprise information management (EIM) software, has acquired Datalytics Technologies LLC, a data warehouse solutions company.
Founded in 1984, Datalytics Technologies offers pre-built data warehouse and data mart solutions for SAP's and Oracle’s families of ERP systems.
Magnitude Software provides pre-packed solutions for operational and analytical reporting. Combined with Magnitude Software’s Noetix solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite, Datalytics Technologies adds ERP content for JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and SAP HANA systems.
The acquisition furthers Magnitude's strategic objective to enable the CFO and other functional executives to gain transparent access to enterprise information by consolidating disparate ERP data into a harmonized form, delivered in near-real-time to leading business intelligence reports, according to Lou Guercia, president of Magnitude Software.
Datalytics Technologies’ data warehouse solution, RapidDecision, helps simplify the process of getting information out of various ERP systems and into the hands of key decision makers. RapidDecision is a prebuilt analytics platform that delivers a real-time view of business information, enabling users to make informed business decisions. Customers include Amway, Ford, HoMedics and Meritage Homes.
