Kyvos Insights, a big data analytics company, is releasing Kyvos 4.0, providing users with new capabilities for creating data cubes with near limitless scalability and performance.
Kyvos 4.0 delivers new levels of scalability, performance, and support for concurrent users, enabling organizations to provide self-service, interactive business intelligence (BI) on big data for all of their users across the enterprise.
The updated platform allows BI analysts to create and store multidimensional data cubes that contain a plethora of information.
By constructing a BI consumption layer, organizations can easily manage and store cubes and run queries with instant response times.
Other new advances in Kyvos 4.0 include scale-out architecture for concurrent access, support for elastic deployments, enhanced Support for BI Tools with instant response times, and enterprise-wide access to big data with an eye towards security.
“Our whole approach is democratizing big data, making data available to the business user who is trying to get the insights and not just the data scientists or IT person,” said Ajay Anand, vice president of products at Kyvos. “Somebody doesn’t have to be an expert in big data or Hadoop to be able to analyze it.”
Looking to the future, the company hopes to include more cloud integrations and capabilities, Anand said.
