ISUG-TECH, the technical user group for SAP products, has published the conference tracks and sessions for the upcoming ISUG-TECH 2014 conference to be held April 14-17 at the Hilton Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. “We have received superb content submissions and session abstracts. We have over 150 hours of content and some of the biggest names in the SAP world will be presenting at the conference,” said Mike Harrold, executive director of ISUG-TECH.
The conference, for which SAP is the diamond sponsor, has been designed to appeal to both longstanding customers of Sybase, which was acquired by SAP in 2010, as well as to newer customers who have only recently been exposed to these products because of their involvement with other SAP technologies, said Harrold. The eight tracks are: SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE), SAP Development, SAP HANA, SAP IQ, SAP PowerBuilder, SAP Replication Server, and SAP SQL Anywhere.
Examples of presentation topics at the ISUG-TECH 2014 conference include:
- Troubleshooting and Tuning SAP ASE Statement Cache Query Performance
- Best Practices in Managing and Tuning SAP IQ
- Creating a Metadata-Driven BI Factory with SAP PowerDesigner
- Creation and Consumption of Web Services with SAP PowerBuilder
In addition to the main conference tracks, there also will be six pre-conference and three post-conference workshops providing deeper technical dives.
While the content across all eight tracks is not yet complete, much of it is already on the ISUG-TECH website and the balance will be posted soon, said Harrold.
