IBM and Blue Prism have teamed up to deliver a digital workforce platform, intended as an outsourcing alternative. The offering is intended to help organizations scale and manage workloads. IBM has been working for three years deploying Blue Prism robotic process automation (RPA) software in its own cost saving initiatives in application and infrastructure outsourcing, as well as transforming internal operations.

Blue Prism’s Operating System for the Digital Workforce includes insights from more than 450 customers. Blue Prism’s software robots automate repetitive administrative tasks while meeting the requirements of the most demanding IT environments.
