IBM Centers Focus on Enterprise and Application Resilience with Latest Solutions

IBM, in an effort to combat today’s landscape of application complexity, is debuting IBM Concert Resilience Posture, a transformative AI-driven observability and remediation solution that enables repeatable, scalable understanding of an enterprise’s resilience posture.

As applications continue to grow in both volume and complexity, measuring and managing resilience becomes a critical strategy. Maintaining these critical systems amid rampant silos, outages, and financial waste is a seemingly Herculean task; however, with robust resilience, enterprises can achieve the business success they seek when creating modern apps.

Helping to correlate the ideas of resilience and business success, IBM Concert Resilience Posture unifies visibility across a variety of tools, delivering a real-time, AI-fueled assessment of organizational resilience across applications and services. IBM Concert Resilience Posture collects and connects a variety of data points to highlight gaps in resilience and suggests various improvements to strengthen resilience posture—greatly optimizing and reducing the manual labor of IT workloads, regardless of team skill levels.

“Resilience is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity,” said Vikram Murali, VP of observability development, IBM Automation. “We understand how hard it is to maintain good resilience in this climate and how hard it is to measure. We built our tool to make it drastically easier for teams of all levels to get real-time visibility into where they stand.”

Along with the launch of IBM Concert Resilience Posture, IBM is debuting IBM Instana cost monitoring, powered by IBM Kubecost—which IBM acquired last year. IBM Instana cost monitoring enables enterprises to easily view how much they spend on their Kubernetes deployments, reducing overspending with hybrid cloud and AI initiatives.

“With IBM Concert Resilience Posture and our new IBM Instana and Kubecost integration, we are empowering enterprises to gain a more informed view of their resilience posture,” added Murali. “Organizations that invest in AI-powered observability and resilience solutions don’t just survive outages they can create competitive advantages. The IT landscape has evolved. AI-powered observability and resilience solutions are the breakthrough CIOs and SREs need to stay ahead.”
