Entrinsik is finalizing plans for the third annual Informer User Conference (ICON). The conference, which will be held September 30 – October 2, 2013, at Myrtle Beach, SC, is expected to bring attendees from across the country to share ideas, participate in presentations and exchange best practices related to using Informer.
Entrinsik Informer is BI software that enables business users to instantly create and share personalized reports and dashboards while providing administrators with a flexible, extensible, lightweight operational BI platform.
More than 1,000 organizations around the world use Informer across various industries including higher education, insurance, manufacturing & distribution, healthcare, public safety, not-for-profit and others. Informer's architecture is database-agnostic and supports multiple data sources including Microsoft SQL Server, Informix, Oracle, IBM DB2, MySQL, U2, Google Docs, Excel and data warehouses.
ICON sessions will include information about what’s new in Informer and what will be offered in the upcoming Informer 4.4 release, technical use information on dashboards, calculated columns, use of Informer in a SQL environment, special marketing and plug-in information for Entrinsik partners, Informer administration, and security.
Sessions will be conducted by members of Informer’s product development team including Brad Leupen, CTO, and Andrew Morovati, Informer product manager. Presentations will also be made by Mark Pick, CEO of Pick Cloud Inc., as well as Epicom CEO Bill Harrison. The conference will also include special client-led sessions and presentations by our BI Use Case Award winners.
