Oracle Gold Partner EmeraldCube Solutions has introduced its offering of Oracle Business Intelligence Managed Services. With EmeraldCube also delivers Configurable Network Computing (CNC), Managed Services, and SaaS based Business Intelligence Solutions (BI).

As EmeraldCube extends its JDE Managed Services model into this space, it assumes responsibility for monitoring and supporting OBIEE for a fixed monthly fee and provides SLA based support, routine maintenance activities, real-time server monitoring, and on-demand hours that can be personalized by company need.
To provide monitoring service and support, the company offers unique usage tracking reports, a mobile app, one-on-one status meetings and help desk portals.
The initial offering will include two subscription plan levels, Sapphire and Emerald. “We want to provide our clients with options so that they can run their businesses more efficiently while effectively managing budgets.”
