Dynatrace, the leading AI-powered observability platform, is announcing new AI-powered log analytics capabilities that remediate the gap between legacy log management solutions and modern monitoring tools.
According to the company, this release focuses on how legacy solutions are fragmented from monitoring tech stacks, introducing a wealth of inefficiencies that can result in several undesirable outcomes, including increased costs, delayed incident resolution, and security vulnerabilities.
Dynatrace is addressing this inconsistency with enhanced, AI-powered log capabilities and a streamlined approach, offering the following new features:
- Davis AI integration that offers instant explanations of log content, democratizing complex analytics tasks across teams through natural language queries, also enabling teams to build dashboards and generate reports
- Natural language interface that eliminates specialized query languages, enabling log analytics to be accessible across teams without the need for extensive training
- OpenPipeline technology that enables teams to automatically enrich ingested logs with crucial IT context—such as Kubernetes environment details—to facilitate faster data comprehension and more effective analysis; this also enables logs to be easily transformed into metrics or business events, paired with efficient information search and filtering
- Simplified, queries-included pricing model that allows enterprises to better predict their costs, more quickly scale their log management processes, and eliminate manual query usage monitoring
“I am passionate about the value that correlated data insights provides and I am excited to build innovative solutions that empower our customers to drive better business outcomes,” said Mala Pillutla, vice president, log management at Dynatrace. “Organizations today face the challenge of managing a multitude of monitoring tools, resulting in fragmented and often conflicting insights across their critical infrastructure and applications. By providing integrated log management with in-context analytics, we enable our customers to transform data into actionable insights that help build resilience and reliability of their most critical digital assets.”
“Dynatrace’s continuous evolution and innovation have allowed us to improve the way we analyze our data,” said Diego Enciso, observability specialist at NEQUI. “Its log analytics solution not only optimizes error detection but also helps us prevent fraud and gain valuable insights for strategic decision-making. With this capability, we have strengthened the security and efficiency of our operations.”
