Datavail, a tech-enabled data management, applications and analytics solutions provider, has acquired Skybridge Global, an Atlanta-based Oracle consultancy with expertise in Oracle ERP/CX cloud implementations and support across Oracle’s ERP, HCM, SCM and Oracle Cloud CX Suite business applications.
Datavail is an Oracle Partner and Cloud Excellence Implementer, and provides support, upgrades, migrations, and 24×7 managed services for Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Analytics, Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM products, both on-premise and in the cloud.
Skybridge has achieved Platinum and Excellence Cloud Implementer status in its Oracle cloud capabilities with more than 50 plus cloud certifications under implementations, solutioning and support.

With the acquisition, the Enterprise Applications Division of Datavail becomes its second largest business unit, just behind its core data management business unit. In addition, with the acquisition, the combined Enterprise Applications division will have consultants in four countries focused on Oracle services.
