CA Technologies announced a mobile-ready, SaaS-based IT Service Management (ITSM) solution intended to speed up software as a service-based projects. CA Cloud Service Management is a console that includes a user interface with search and collaboration capabilities, as well as mobile capabilities for end users to request services, assets and support from devices.
