BlueFinity's mv.NET has been certified with ONgroup's ONware product line. ONgroup Intl. is a provider of MultiValue DBMS software with relational storage, and BlueFinity International delivers development tools to the MultiValue marketplace for multi-platform business application deployment.
This certification will provide the full Microsoft .NET development and runtime environment to ONgroup’s MVON SQL Server and MVON Oracle customers. ONware users can now use code from their MV applications for their .NET client programs running on computer workstations and mobile devices.
The .NET Framework is a technology that supports building and running the next generation of applications and XML web services, and is designed to fulfill a number of specific objectives, such as providing a consistent object-oriented programming environment whether object code is stored and executed locally, executed locally but Internet-distributed, or executed remotely, and providing a code-execution environment that minimizes software deployment and versioning conflicts.
The announcement also creates a framework for ONgroup’s clients to further enhance their products with additional BlueFinity products such as Evoke. Evoke is the rapid application development platform designed to produce complete line-of-business systems that can be deployed quickly across multiple platforms. It allows for customization of the generated code for each targeted platform.
