Built on the Salesforce Platform, Remedyforce now supports Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption with Bring Your Own Encryption Key (BYOK) capability. In addition to providing integrated encryption of data at rest, this new service enables customers to generate and supply their own tenant secret to derive encryption keys, giving them increased ownership of data security.
The new features in the Remedyforce Summer 17 solution enables organizations to comply with privacy policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations for handling private, sensitive, and proprietary data.
