Kore works with clients in several industries including manufacturing, distribution, and higher education, providing solutions for third-party application integration, Microsoft SQL Server data warehousing, and ecommerce storefronts and portals. We’ve noticed that it has become increasingly challenging for our clients using MultiValue (MV) systems to find staff with MV experience. Thank goodness for the use of the remote workforce that Covid forced many companies into using. Although it’s still difficult to find quality individuals, being able to locate and hire the most talented people wherever they may live has helped, not only our clients, but Kore as well. However, some clients are choosing to outsource more of their projects to Kore and keep a lean IT staff.
We are also seeing an increase in the adoption of using thirdparty applications to solve specific business problems not well supported by the primary ERP system. Specifically, many companies are analyzing their supply chain and looking for ways to improve processes, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
Clients are investing mostly in cloud-based and SaaS software integration to address their needs. Key areas for improvement include inventory, warehouse management, distribution, service, transportation logistics, finance, and CRM systems.
To support our clients, Kore has recently developed several Connectors using Kourier REST for popular applications such as Tecsys WMS, ServiceTitan, Echo Logistics, Synchrogistics, SAP Concur, and Salesforce. Kourier REST provides a cloud-ready, real-time integration platform for MultiValue that simplifies integration with these applications while maximizing security, data access, and enforcement of the ERP business rules.
Kore’s goal of helping our clients extend the value and capabilities of their enterprise applications remains the same. However, with the expanding capabilities of Kourier and the increasing number of available solutions on the market, there are many more options to choose.
