Entrinsik has announced a partnership with Ticomix to help companies enhance their customer relationships and improve business results. This partnership will offer Ticomix customers the ability to integrate Informer with SugarCRM to provide organizations with the ability to perform multidimensional reporting and advanced data analysis in order to better track, understand and manage their SugarCRM data with Informer.

Ticomix provides technology solutions in the areas of networking, data backup/recovery, customer relationship management, service desk management, and other customized software and hardware solutions. Ticomix also sells and supports leading technology brands such as Microsoft, VMWare, Nimble, ServiceNow and SugarCRM, and is a Cisco Premier Certified Partner.
“The nice thing about Ticomix is that it is not only a SugarCRM reseller, but it resells other products on its website as well, so there is a possibility that it may use Informer reporting with other products down the road,” stated Tad Buck, business intelligence consultant with Entrinsik. Ticomix has more than 100 CRM installs throughout the country and now wants to sell its customers on using Informer as a BI tool with their CRM.
“We have a nice relationship with Sugar corporate. Sugar corporate uses Informer for some of its reporting and dashboards in some of its corporate divisions,” stated Buck. “The products work well together.”
Entrinsik plans on hosting a webinar for the Ticomix CRM users to show how Informer works with Sugar and other CRM systems.
