Kore Technologies, a provider of enterprise integration and e-commerce solutions, has introduced version 4.4 of Kourier Integrator Data Management Suite.
The release enhances Kourier Integrator's support for RESTful Web Services with the addition of API Subscriptions and Swagger API documentation.
“This latest release is really just enhancing our REST capabilities so that it’s the most productive environment to create RESTful Web Services in the MultiValue environment,” said Mark Dobransky, co-founder and managing partner.
API Subscriptions strengthen Kourier’s enterprise application integration capabilities by providing a new method for communication between disparate systems via the Webhooks paradigm.
“It tells the server that its interested in changes to resources and the system will automatically send those changes to the integrating system using a technology called Webhooks,” Dobransky said. “It is a very cool feature and represents an advanced way of doing integrations between disparate systems.”
Kourier reduces the time and effort required to set up and implement Subscriptions for the MultiValue API developer and the API consumer.
By subscribing to published APIs, integrating applications automatically receive notifications in real-time when there are changes to the data in the MultiValue system.
API Subscriptions open the door for advanced real-time application integration capabilities.
The company added these features to help users easily share data between various platforms, explained Keith Lambert, vice president of marketing and business development at Kore.
“We’re trying to be the best at REST, helping our clients integrate different systems with a real-time integration layer,” Lambert said. “Our clients drive us to do new things.”
