10th Annual HPC Linux for Wall Street Conference Comes to NYC on April 8

IBM will kick off the 10th annual HPC Linux for Wall Street Conference with an opening keynote panel discussion titled, “Breaking through HPC Virtualization Barriers with KVM.”  The session will explain how KVM, built on the Linux kernel, has gained a foothold in the financial sector as an enterprise proven, cost-effective virtualization solution that maintains high performance scalability while running virtualized HPC and low-latency workloads.

Join Jean Staten Healy, Director Worldwide Linux and Open Virtualization at IBM; Mike Day, Chief Virtualization Architect, IBM; Moiz Kohari, VP Advance Platforms, London Stock Exchange; and Gil Tene, CTO and co-founder of Azul Systems to learn about the innovative initiatives underway that are leveraging KVM's open platform to deliver HPC performance, efficiency and security, while coping with tough regulatory environments.

IBM is a Gold Sponsor of the event.  In addition to KVM, the IBM booth will showcase iDataPlex, PowerLinux and PureFlex systems. To see the event agenda and to register, go here.
