ISUG-TECH and Appeon Corporation have announced a new ISUG-TECH member benefit to expand the scope of services already offered by the user-focused technical group supporting SAP technologies and its partners. Appeon for PowerBuilder 2013 is now freely available for ISUG-TECH Core and Gold members.
“This release contains our new Appeon Mobile product which is exceptionally engineered to work as a revolutionary solution for PowerBuilder developers to rapidly and easily build native mobile apps from the PowerBuilder IDE. As many programmers will recognize, native mobile apps (unlike their HTML apps cousins) offer powerful native mobile functionality, fast performance and offline application access. Appeon Mobile Apps, although native, can be run on virtually all mobile device OS, including iOS, Android, and Windows Phone” explains Armeen Mazda, CEO and President of Appeon Corporation.
This version of the software includes the update to Appeon Web (to version 6.6) as well as the newly-released Appeon Mobile 1.0. The new member benefit comes in line after a longstanding relationship that has been established with Appeon and SAP extending back to Sybase years.

Later this year the benefit will upgrade to Appeon for PowerBuilder 2013 R2, which will include Appeon Mobile 2.0. This will become automatically available to ISUG-TECH members upon release.
