The International Sybase User Group, a trade association representing more than 6,000 members in more than 60 countries around the globe, today announced a six-city technical seminar tour focused on data management.
Every stop on the tour will include a full day of technical seminars for users of Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise, Replication Server and Sybase IQ. Each session will show the benefits of the latest versions of each product and is aimed at users that have either completed the migration to version 15, or are about to do so.
"We're excited to bring this jam-packed day of information to Sybase users around North America," said Mike Harrold, Executive Director, ISUG. "This level of technical content is precisely what our members need to be more effective to their organizations and we're happy to help make that happen."
Bradmark Technologies will also showcase their latest monitoring and event management solution, Surveillance for Sybase, which supports a DBAs reactive and proactive infrastructure management needs across Sybase's entire product stack. Bradmark's leading Sybase expert, Cindy Bean will present a technical session on migration best practices to mitigate risk, decrease downtime, and increase efficiency.
The six cities covered on this tour are New York (Oct. 21), Toronto (Oct. 22), Chicago (Nov. 10), Minneapolis (Nov. 11), Orlando (Nov. 16) and Dallas (Nov. 18). All attendees must pre-register for the location they wish to attend. Registration information will be online shortly and can be accessed here.
