Kasara Weinrich is a self-proclaimed, and industry-recognized, professional disruptor. As a futurist and lover of ideation - designing and exploring the future of work is a near constant-state for her.

She serves ADP through the Future of Work as a Principal Consultant for Future of Work Strategy. In addition, Kasara serves the ADP Global Sales organization as an amplifier, strategist, and creator. She also serves the tech industry and data market through deep research, data aggregation and consumption, and the desire to share the outcomes of each through social media and speaking engagements. When she's not ideating, you can find Kasara soaking up the endless energy, imagination, and positivity that her two sons, Rowan and Sullivan, radiate.

Kasara is a Ph.D. student in the Anthropology and Social Change program at the California Institute of Integral Studies.  She has earned a Master's in Business Administration centered on Prescriptive and Predictive analytics, and a Bachelor's in Communications. Kasara thrives on the ability to connect the unexpected, and simplify the complex. As a natural change-seeker and thought-leader, Kasara enjoys any opportunity to think not just outside-the-box, but as if the box had never existed in the first place.
