A passionate and successful leader promoting data science and technology innovations to solving complex challenges in healthcare.  Danita has extensive experience leading product research and delivery in multiple large digital media and telecommunications companies as well as early-round startups. In her current role, she leads research collaborations for Optum Technology - focusing on rapid realization of value with global teams having unique discoveries, shared vision, and interdisciplinary perspectives. She is driven by enabling and building teams to become agile, accomplish more, be more productive, and efficient and is committed to our mission to improve the lives of the people that we serve.  Danita holds a PhD in chemistry and MS degrees in chemistry and education.
