Sanjay Jagad is responsible for Product Marketing at Coho Data and plays the role of evangelist—helping customers build dynamic IT infrastructures that better align with business challenges, using the latest technologies around Flash big Data, OpenStack, and Cloud. Sanjay's current focus is presenting Coho data's Strategy and Vision and helping customers realize the full benefits of Coho Data's "True Scale-Out" infrastructure solution.
Sanjay has been working in the network storage industry for the past 16 years andhas performed various roles, including cloud Solution Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, and as as a firmware developer in the early years. Prior to joining Coho Data, Sanjay spent 9 years at NetApp (and Decru) and 7 years at Sun Microsystems in a variety of roles.
Sanjay completed his bachelor's degree in engineering in India and worked at a leading computer hardware manufacturer and reseller in India managing their channel partners. He immigrated to the U.S. and graduated with a MSEE degree from the University of Southern California. Since then he has lived in silicon Valley working in the storage industry.
