Pratima has developed a comprehensive career in the financial services industry with years of professional experience in data and technical leadership. She led the implementation of Data Warehousing and Master Data Management initiatives, large scale upgrade projects, on-prem to cloud migrations, organizational agile transformation efforts and end-to-end digitization journey.

Pratima heads the Enterprise Data Delivery team at Northern Trust. In her role, she oversees several new functions including enablement of the Data Mesh, supporting Analytics teams via Data Mesh & Databricks, rolling out Enterprise Data Domains, and enabling Reference Data Management. 

She is a regular volunteer at Amos House, a local soup kitchen and Ronald McDonald House, a charity that supports families with hospitalized children in their time of need.
